Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our promises

• 7 yrs · System warranty. Housings, cover, gauges and fittings covered against defects for seven years.
• 10 yrs · Workmanship guarantee. If our installation ever develops a fault in the first ten years, we fix it at no cost.
• 24h · Free install plan. A mockup on your wall, your size and your fixed price, before you commit to anything.
• Fixed · Price, fully installed. The price we quote is the price you pay. No surprises on the day.
• 60 days · Love it or we’ll make it right. Not happy in the first 60 days? We’ll fix it, or remove the system and refund you.
• Annual · Clean Care service. We remind you, book it, replace all three cartridges and pressure-test the system.
